                 运用SCARA机器人+视觉定位系统』,对光伏晶硅电池片进行叠瓦,通过将电池片」一边的方向首尾重叠,再使用导电胶粘接,最终制成电池●串。

                 程序逻辑性高,机械设备稳定性∞高,满足客户不同数☉量需求的设置,机器∴人分次取料6片后,可放置9片、11片……等不▓同数量叠放。

                 视觉定卐位组件精度可达:电池串长度误※差≤0.5mm,宽度误差≤0.05mm,电池串角度≤0.05度。
